Size chart

It is essential to get the right size and to have an up-to-date measurement (in cm.).

The better the fit, the more comfortable the hernia supports are and the better they work.

 

Past patients who found their hernia supports fit them well were more likely to find that they helped relieve discomfort and helped them feel more confident returning to activity. This was lower for patients who got a size that was too tight or too large.

Try buying a size larger if at the border of 2 sizes rather than a size smaller.

 

Hernia Pants/Briefs

You will need an accurate measurement of your pelvis circumference in cm. This measurement is taken at the widest point around your hips/buttock area.

Abdominal Wrap

Measure at the widest part of the abdominal wall as these sizes are circumference. Product is 27cm high.
